Muirgheal (myur-yell) is a Filipina Ilongga photographer and content creator based in San Francisco - Bay Area, CA. She focuses on portrait, product, and lifestyle photography. Raised in a small town in the Philippines, her work is influenced by the many faces of her roots and her current adopted hometown.
Muirgheal's passion for her craft extends beyond the camera lens. She is an active collaborator at events with other talented Filipinx/Pinxy creatives in the Bay Area. Some of her projects include previous campaigns with BRWNGRLZ and her work is featured in Hella Pinay magazine. By joining forces with like-minded individuals, she strives to amplify their collective voices and create a supportive community for underrepresented artists.
In addition to her photography pursuits, Muirgheal dedicates her time and creative skills to a local non-profit organization that provides support and services to breast cancer patients and survivors. As part of her role, she manages the organization's social media accounts, leveraging her expertise to raise awareness, promote events, and drive fundraising efforts.
